Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Following a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, Evangeline is most interested in chronic conditions and the use of exercise in both rehab- and prehabilitation. She has experience with cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, cancer and mental health exercise interventions as well as body composition, injury prevention, functional movement and weight management. Exercise physiologists specialise in holistic care and lifestyle change.
DAN wALDON

Dan Waldon has been involved with body building and fitness since the age of 17 for strength in football. Initially self taught, through his own determination and research he developed a range of skills and experience to help himself and others achieve body building, physique management, body sculpting and overall healthier lifestyles. Over the years, he has obtained a Certificate III and IV in Personal Training. Dan is now able to offer his years of experience and knowledge to all clientele especially people with disabilities, people recovering from injury or illness, weight gain for underweight athletes, and low impact training. With his open and approachable manner, Dan relates very well to all age groups and caters personal training to meet his clients' individual needs.

Yoga & fitness has been her own personal recovery story after experiencing a period of chronic illness. So empowered by the profound impact resistance training & HIIT training has had on her health & wellbeing, she then decided to complete studies in Fitness to become a trainer.

Sarah is passionate about helping women step into their power to discover how truly powerful they can be (both inside and outside the gym!). As a fellow endometriosis sufferer she is passionate about women's health (PCOS. Menopause & Endometiosis) and optimising her clients lives through strength training and smart nutritional protocals. Endometriosis helped Sarah discover her love for strength training and powerlifting. She now competes at a high level in Powerlifting and loves supporting women to get stronger than they ever thought possible.
