Group Class styles
Using nothing but the best machine in the gym. Our body weight session puts your through your paces by pushing you to your limits. This session is great for beginners, intermediate and pros. For something different in the gym or learning the basics, get sweaty, pumped and strong here.
Core and glut dominant workout that builds up a sweat
This high intensity low impact session provides the basis of a strong trunk, hitting desired areas of the body as well as supporting your cardiovascular fitness.
Circuit time!
Minimum of 10 stations of varying exercises. All customisable to every fitness level and restrictions. In pairs or singles. You’ll feel it in your legs, arms, chest, abs and soul. Small breaks with timed stations.
Its time to lift.
Using barbells, dumbells, boxes and more. This strength and conditioning class will help you tone, tighten, sweat and shred.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Make some mates with weights.
